This review is long overdue, have been going to this restaurant for years, a place where you will always see whole families eating together. The food is amazing, authentic Peruvian food, this time we ordered the Maracuya drink which is delicious, Causa de Atun is the best I’ve had in the area, the Anticuchos were cooked to perfection, the meat was tender and the sauce’s flavor was really good, the Jalea Mixta was good too, it has changed overtime though, now it comes with little seafood(shrimp, calamari rings, octopus rings) and overloaded with fish but still a good dish to share with everyone at the table. The entire restaurant has seen significant improvements. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They've even expanded the menu with additional dishes. The taste of the food is fantastic, and the portion sizes are generous. I would say the quality has improved a lot! I visited two days in a row just to try the ceviche mix with the yellow sauce and the causa as well.

From the innovative house created cocktails to the wonderful flavors of traditional Peruvian cuisine and development of innovative twists to the dessert this restaurant is top in its industry. The attention to service was impecable and the Friday night music surprised us! A wonderful date night otr time with friends! We will return!

Randomly came here based on the high Google rating with my family and brother and sister-in-law and it was so good. The cocktails, the natural juices, the fried yuca. I got the traditional lomo saltado but after trying my wife's mushroom risotto, I regret not getting the lomo saltado risotto. Her plate was so tasty. Réservez une table maintenant

We visited Merkado 31 with friends to celebrate some birthdays, and we had a wonderful time. The ceviche was some of the best I've had in a long while. The service earned a perfect 10, the food also a 10, and the drinks were a 9—all at a great price. We will definitely be back soon!

The food was outstanding, even better than the last two Peruvian restaurants I visited, and the service was fantastic. A helpful tip: skip ordering through UberEats and go in person instead. The atmosphere is modern and inviting.

Today was my first visit to Merkado 31. The atmosphere is lovely, and the decor is really well done. My meal was delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this place!
