I and seven of my friends ate at Mesa Mercado yesterday. When I first arrived, the table set for eight was filthy--crumbs and chips on each of the pads on the bench and each of the chairs. I had to flag down a helper to wipe down the seats. The carnitas I had was very fatty. The guacamole we ordered had a half-ripe avocado--we returned. (I forgot to look to see if we were charged for it. One of my friends said her tortillas were stale. Service was slow. I can't believe they wouldn't give us a fourth little dish of mangoes while we waited without a charge! I liked the service and food from the first two times I ate there. I will not go there again.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. It is a beautiful hidden gem that transports you to Mexico with its aesthetics. The drinks are delicious and authentic, while the real highlight is the food. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes from all over Mexico, carefully chosen by the chef. This has quickly become one of our family's favorite restaurants. I highly recommend it for any special occasion. Thank you, Mesa Mercado, for your wonderful hospitality and divine flavors. Our server, Ramiro, was exceptional.
The shrimp tacos were perfect! My partner was a bit disappointed because they don’t have burritos on the menu and he said the portions were small, but other than that, it was great. A bit pricy. $65 for 2 entrees, guacamole and no drinks. The guacamole was delicious, but you have to mash it yourself. I worked at a Mexican restaurant for years in the past and we mashed the guac for customers. The decor is fantastic, the place is beautiful. I’d go back, he wouldn’t.
The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with half red sauce and half mole, and they were amazing. My father tried the half green and half red enchiladas and loved them. My sister and mom had the shrimp tacos, which were crunchy, refreshing, and made with very fresh ingredients. The guacamole was also incredibly fresh and delicious. This restaurant is a must-visit and I will definitely be returning.

We happen to drive by looking for somewhere to eat and found this place. I am so glad we did! It was delicious! From the service to the atmosphere and attention to detail. The portions were just right. However the only issue I found was they add a kitchen appreciation fee to your check without telling you and still want you to tip as well. It is fine but it would be nice to know in advance that they will be adding this charge.
Portions are a little on the small side. Would have benefited from a side of beans and rice included, or maybe some chips and salsa at the table. The food was delicious though, and there were lots of vegan and gluten free options. Drinks were good too. Will definitely be back.
I love this place and will be a regular. We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't too busy at all. Our waiter was fantastic and helped us pick out drinks and food. We all loved our food. The only thing I didn't love was the enchiladas but the tacos were fantastic.
The enchiladas with green sauce are absolutely amazing, I haven't even finished eating yet and I already knew I had to write a review. These are hands down the best enchiladas I have ever had. I highly recommend them. The person who made them deserves a raise!

Lovely dining and extensive menu. All fresh and some favorites from Mexico and South America. Nice patio to enjoy on a summer day/evening. Fresh guacamole you mix yourself!
The food was so much better than I thought it would be highly recommend the steak and enchilada dinner
