Metropolis Restaurant in Coventry has a lovely ambiance and the staff members provide excellent customer service. They are attentive to food preferences and nothing is too much trouble for them. However, the prices for the food are a bit high considering the portion sizes.
I had lunch at this restaurant and tried the delicious super vegan salad. It was large and flavorful, and paired with a side of fries, it made for a perfect meal. The coffee was also very good. I would definitely recommend this place.
The restaurant offers a separate vegan menu, but on two occasions, they mistakenly served a vegetarian option instead (this was promptly corrected). We will give them the benefit of the doubt since they are relatively new.

Always enjoy Metropolis. It was very very cold on this visit and sadly my food wasn’t as nice as on previous occasions. But I will still be returning as the staff and atmosphere are so nice.
the service was fantastic. the place was ice cold. we got small heating and that helped. eating was okay. drinking fab. we would probably have stayed longer if it had been warmer.
