Lol….look at the picture of what I received and tell me this is a joke. This place is a rip off I ordered Yuca fries which was 10 dollars and change. I got 6 pieces of Yuca. So I called back nicely to confirm if this was mistake and the lady on the phone told me they take their time to craft their yuca fires for the “quantity”. Customer service should be rated 0 stars because I know it doesn’t take time to craft yuca fries when all they are doing is slicing and frying them. I don’t mind paying the 10 dollars for yuca because it’s not the price that is the problem. It’s the quantity that I got for the price I paid that doesn’t match. The fries were ok but not worth what I paid.
Very nice restaurant. Spacious and not too loud/packed. Authentic experience all around including food, decor and music. Food tastes like home cooking. Ox tail is to die for and generous portion, a lot of places skimp on ox tails but not here! Nice decor with nod to the culture. Service is attentive and friendly. Nice bar when you walk in and they don 't skimp on drinks. This is a real restaurant, not trying to be trendy, and not one of those pop up ones that go away in a year. Location is convenient, literally right at Great Neck train station. Parking is a bit tricky as they don 't have their parking lot. Overall highly recommend.
Fake flowers ehhhhh The last time we were there, was a different restaurant, under different name. This one's decor is pleasant. One lady serves the room. I've a partial view of the one monitor that's on, I ask her to change to US Open which shedid. Although I've full view of the other two monitors but she didn't offer to turn either of them on. I would have stayedlonger with more drinks. Food: big portion but yummy. The green sauce is devious.
I ordered form this place and the food was fantastic. I recommend it. Here is warning, so not order their soups. I orders a beef rib soup and it was only broth with some vegetables, a large soup with absolutely no beef rib whatsoever. According to them it's like that. Never heard of something like this before.

Very rude staff. My to go order was poorly warped only in a wax paper bag and not placed in a Brown paper bag as any to go or delivery order should have been packed !
Great space near the LIRR. Delicious Colombian cooking at affordable prices. The service could be friendlier but the food makes up for it.
Everything provided was organized and packed great nothing spilled no mess food was still hot and drinks cold.
I love this place. Great food, good atmosphere, good service. I couldn't find one thing that I didn't like!
