Ordered couple times in Nov 2023, first order was amazing and the burrito was excellent. I don't know if they changed staff because now the burritos i get are too greasey to eat and have a bad taste like it's old grease or something also. For one there shouldn't be any grease let alone enough to soak up the entire tortilla. Are they cooking the eggs in the safe area as the bacon and meats and not cleaning it ? It seems like recently every order is worse and worse like the kitchen is not cleaned or how they are making the burritos need to be adjusted. This should not be coved in bad tasting grease.Coffee always filled well and taste good.
We should have left when we noticed how dirty the floor was—there were chips and chunks of hair everywhere! The wait staff took a seat in between serving the two tables, so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. Even the chips and salsa were the worst I’ve ever had, and the beer was warm. We will never return; it was awful!
I walked in and the host helped out the people that walked in right behind me the people that got helped felt bad and said sorry wasn't your fault I told them very unprofessional on top of the authentic taste the food lacked wouldn't recommend eating here..
We were a family group of 13, and they handled us flawlessly. The food was outstanding; I highly recommend the green chile chicken enchiladas. This dish is my benchmark for New Mexico restaurants, and they definitely passed with flying colors.

This is the first “Mexican restaurant” I’ve ever been to that serves Taco Bell shells for their tacos instead of deep fried corn tortillas and they were not good. Was pretty disappointed.

This is such a wonderful place to eat, they are always so welcoming and you definitely have a great time with amazing food.
In Carlsbad, you have 20 Mexican restaurants and all 20 taste about the same. No variety, no special offers.
