I have to tell to everyone Peruvian food is my favorite, I missed my favorite Peruvian restaurants in Míami but today I have the opportunity for visiting this great and wonderful place … is in Durham. The location is easy and the restaurant is very clean, what can I tell you about the customer service: is excellent! The menú is super and our plates were delicious. My “lomo salteado” extraordinary and the “ chicharrones of fish” awesome! Service was fast and the local has a great decoration. For sure we comebacks soon… we want to eat the other flavors.. . I have visited another Peruvian restaurant that shall remain unnamed, but Mi Peru is leaps and bounds above in terms of both food and service. The yucca fries here are top-notch, some of the best I've ever had. While you could easily spend $30 per person at other places, the lunch special at Mi Peru offers a generous portion for only $9.99. If you're looking for quality Peruvian cuisine in Durham, this is the place to visit!

I tried two dishes, one was good enough to go back and the more expensive was not really good. the restaurant itself was a bit outdated. I expected it to be more budget-friendly and at least a little better quality for the price.

One of the best meals I’ve had out in a while. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive. The food was the shinning star, however. A must try if you’re in the area and looking for great food.
