As soon as you enter, you are warmly welcomed and seated at a table or booth, with a menu in hand. The walls are adorned with large, authentic Mexican artwork, creating a true Mexican ambiance. A generous serving of salsa and tortilla chips is brought to your table as you peruse the diverse menu options. They even offer my favorite Mexican drink, the Coronarita! Our go to Mexican restaurant! I was introduced to Mi Ranchito when I moved to St. Louis in 2014 and it's been the most consistent, great food/service/speedy, etc. Very seldom do we have to wait, we can walk in and get sat, service is friendly and quick. The food and chips/salsa are great! We can barely get a basket of chip ate and our food is out. Its not hard to be in and out of here in 45 minutes if you're there to just eat. The menu is extensive, beers/margaritas available too. Dinner is around $10-$13 a plate, per person and good sized portions. The decor and atmosphere is very typical, upbeat and clean. You know walking in it'll be a good experience, this place doesn't disappoint.
I've been coming here for years...fellas want place to talk to your date and not break your pockets.. ladies night put for good drinks this is a good place want food quick.. hot and seasoned with authentic recipes this is the place. REALLY CHEAP and the drinks are great.. make sure you have a driver if you have more than 2 of the frozen ones!
Great Mexican food diner style restaurant. Big interior with murals. Flavorful food and WOW do you get a lot for your dollar. Portions are large and the food is fresh and served fast. A lunch special runs from $6.50 to $9 but even the smallest plate is filling. Not fine dining. Not a hipster place. Just good food for the soul...

Hands down the best authentic Mexican food around. The wait is never wrong and your order will always be correct. Never had an issue with missing food or the wrong order. You can order ahead and they will come to the car curbside to bring you your food and collect payment.
This place had some of the best mexican food I have ever tasted. This is a 12 out of 10 stars, for sure!! The margaritas were also super delicious. It was Tuesday and the lime margaritas were only $7.99
Shrimp chimichanga and strawberry margarita food was hot and delicious drink was perfect staff was friendly and professional I was full for the rest of the day .. Definitely will be returning
The place was packed but we were seated in 30 minutes or less. The food is delicious! The atmosphere is nice and the service was great!

Quick in and out typically. Good Tex Mex food. Order a better margarita instead of house.
The chicken soup is definitely delicious and u should try it at least 1x!
