Mi Ranchito - Réserver une table

Tucked away in the corner of a small strip plaza is probably not where one would expect to find one a Mexican restaurant with some of the best Mexican food for many miles and yet there is sits. First you walk in and are always immediately greeted, shown to a table (or booth) and handed a menu. The walls are covered with HUGE authentic Mexican art work setting the mood. A generous amount of salsa with tortilla chips is placed in front of you as you begin to look over the diverse menu options. And they have my favorite Mexican restaurant alcoholic drink, the Coronarita! After you order the food is always delivered to you swiftly. The wait staff always seems to be around enough to be helpful but not bothersome. I have also never felt pressured to leave. Overall I have (so far) always had great food and a great experience at Mi Ranchito!

SALSA AND SERVICE! One way to judge a Mexican Food Restaurant is the quality of the salsa they serve and Mi Ranchito's salsa is fresh and tastes great. I love tasting the fresh cut cilantro and the chips always come out to the table warm. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years and have had many meals here. The volume of business they do is truly amazing and they always seem to have enough employees as the food comes out quickly and the service is great. The have specials several days a week and my favorite dishes include; Mexican Chicken Soup with Chicken, rice and avocado, Taquitos, Tacos, and Chile Authentic. The place is quite large and can handle big parties and if there is a line it moves pretty quickly.

We moved here from Texas recently. We searched for decent TexMex everywhere, and were about to give up, but then my professor suggested MI Ranchito. The food is good, the service is good (and fast). And, we can feed a family of 6 teens/adults, at dinner, for under $100 with tip!

This has been been our favorite Mexican restaurants we've found so far. I wouldn't quite give it five stars but they had decent carnitas and fajitas. The food wasn't the most authentic but was more so than most other restaurants I've tried.

Best food ive ever eaten every time. The take away can sometimes be a little iffy but still always tastes great
