Slight above average Italian dining experience, one of the better options in Hillary 's Boat Harbour, nonetheless the experience was still rather forgettable.<br/ <br/ Upon entry we were greeted (or not greeted) by a man and woman behind the bar with stares that said something along the lines 'are you lost? ' which was quite uncomfortable. It was obvious that their job was not to greet and seat the customers, but a simple hello I would hope was not too much to ask?<br/ <br/ Once seated (by a friendlier waitress, thank god), the food came quickly and was generally nice. We visited on the last night of our WA holiday and enjoyed it. As it allows BYO we took one of our Margaret River purchases. The location is great and we got to watch the sunset. We shared the antipasto platter with an extra serve of garlic bread which was plenty for 4 of us. We got a pizza which was huge and tasty and good value as it was $23 special night, a gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce also very nice but rich which is to be expected, a spaghetti vongale was also very tasty maybe just a tad bit too much lemon and lastly a spaghetti pescatore which was lovely and contained heaps of seafood. Service was friendly and efficient. Recommended you give this place a try if you are in the area.
Today me and my family went to Mia Cucina for a special lunch. The service was great and the food was absolutely amazing. We got the calamari, the chilli mussels with garlic bread, the chefs pizza of the day and the bruschetta pizza with prosciutto. All these dishes were fantastic. The chilli mussels were fresh and full of flavour and came with with a beautiful sauce that was just amazing to dip the garlic bread into. The woodfired pizzas were to die for. You could tell all the ingredients were fresh and the bases were made that day. Overall we were very impressed by the food and the service today and I will definitely be back soon.
Stopped in without a booking on Friday night and were quickly seated. Ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio, scallops and the Di Carne pizza to share. Everything came out together, making our little table a bit cramped! The scallops were juicy but plain but worked well with the pea puree onion and prosciutto. The pizza was delicious! Best we've had in Perth for a while. Loads of meat, herbs and spices and fresh tomato. Even had enough left to take away. Will be back!

Lovely vongole scallop pasta and chilli mussel. The chilli mussel was a little bit too salty to our taste but they were fresh and we enjoyed the vongole scallop pasta very much. Overall generous portion and tasty, though i believe it's catered for italian taste buds and as authentic as they can be. Will come back again to try other foods. Also edited to add more compliments.
Have wanted to come here for a while. So glad we did tonight. Food was amazing, staff friendly and attentive. Good size meals, reasonable pricing. We had both pizza and pasta and everyone raved about their dinner. The spag vongole was tasty and the clams fresh, best I have had in Perth. Definitely be back. Totally recommend.
Nice setting. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious although I felt the beef cannelloni tomato base was a little too<br/ sweet. Other than that great place and would definitely return.<br/
I had a large family dinner for my 60th Birthday and I can only say everything from the initial contact to book, to the service and the amazing food was perfect. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Went to Mia on a quiet Wednesday night.We had the carbonara, carne pizza and I had the spaghetti pescatore which was awesome.The rest of the family enjoyed their meals and we will definitely be back
