From the very beginning, the ordering process was unprofessional and lacked proper customer service skills. The person taking our order seemed frustrated by even the simplest questions. As for the cheesesteak, it was mostly just meat and bread; I had asked for meat and cheese, but there was barely any cheese in the sub, which made it quite dry. The wings were a mess; they were flipped over and not placed correctly in the container, sitting in the clear section and not fully tossed in sauce. There was hardly any sauce on them at all. Given how the food looked, one might assume they were busy, but I found myself as the only car in line. My boyfriend spent $22 on two meals, and the only redeemi...
The service was AWFUL the cashier was rude and had such an attitude!! This was my first time visiting this establishment so I was taking my time reviewing the menu. The cashier looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away saying “I give a minute”. She never returned, I had to yell to the cook and tell him I I was ready to order. The prices on the menu did not match the prices the cashier put in the cash register. When I asked why my meal was $9.68 instead of $7.16 as advertised, she very rudely said “we changed the prices”
I went to the restaurant hoping to enjoy a classic meal of a burger, fries, and a drink. However, the server seemed to think I only wanted the burger and drink, and that’s all she brought me. Additionally, she mixed up my drink and gave me diluted Coke instead of Dr. Pepper. On the bright side, the sandwich itself was fantastic, loaded with fresh ingredients that enhanced the flavor. Overall, the restaurant has great potential, and I will definitely return. I just hope my experience was an exception, not the norm.
I tried to order a meal that included the classic burger, fries, and a drink, but the attendant mistakenly thought I only wanted the burger and drink, so that’s all I received. Any one star review here is absolute bull. The owner is there every single day. We have been going here for years and have never had a single bad experience. The food is awesome every time and consistent with the standards of any Miami grill. The service is the same speed as well. Thank you for offering a better alternative to McDonald's and Burger King in my area!!!!
I enjoyed Miami Subs when it was still Miami Subs, but I think it has improved since becoming Miami Grill. While it’s tough to find great cheesesteaks in South Florida since it’s not Philadelphia, theirs are as good as anything you’ll find in the area. If you order a cheesesteak and a gyro, you’re in for a treat!
The Works Philly cheesesteak is just a half inch under, but it's incredibly tasty and delicious. The steak is beautifully tender, and the onions and peppers are grilled to perfection. The owner consistently provides excellent service every time I visit, and the flavors are well-seasoned.
This is the best Miami subs grill around. It's rare to find a fast food place with good service and friendly staff, but this location has it. Always friendly, always fresh hot crispy fries, I go out of my way to come to this place because it's better than any of the other locations. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered the Works Philly cheese steak, a half-inch sub, and it was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender, and the grilled onions and peppers were cooked to perfection. The owner always provides excellent service. I paired it with seasoned fries, which were great as well!
