Went to this bar with my mom, she had good things to say before going inside, comes here on a regular. Surprised to see only men in this bar but not after meeting the bartender. Stephanie was so rude when asking about their happy hour drinks, she asked to see my ID, I didn 't have it due to taking it out of my work bag dis morning. I showed her pictures of my ID which was scanned. She said she needs a physical card, I said okay no problem, I didn 't care about drinking anyways, my mom said I swear she took it out of her bag dis morning I asked my mom not to say anything but being the woman she is (outgoing and speak what comes to her mind). I told my mom she seemed rude and not friendly. Which was weird because she seemed really friendly with the men in this place. Stephanie over heard this and confronted us excuse me , I told her you came off rude. I don 't care about not drinking or that you didn 't take my ID, I didn 't like how you were speaking to us. She stated the convo was between me and her and not my mom. I didn 't realize a comment can cause her to have such a bad attitude instead of being friendly about it maybe throwing in a laugh or actually smiling. I 've spent many years in the customer service industry and the number one rule even when your having a bad day is fake it till you make it. I understand people have bad days but no reason to be so rude, maybe that 's why women don 't come back. Connections are important in this business, which they don 't see to care about here. I don 't see this place lasting long. I am of the younger crowd and my friends love to come around to different bars in our town after work. But I will not be coming back to this location and will not be telling people about it and if they ask I would show them this yelp review. Find. People. Who. Are. Customer. Friendly.
