Miega Korean Barbeque

I actually came down in the Asian market, but it was closed for renovations and I saw the sign for the Korean bbq up, so I went to dinner. there was a family and a group of friends who eat different tables when I arrived. I was greeted by the friendly staff immediately and telephoned, which is fortunate because 15 minutes or so, after I arrived the place filled with several groups. I never had korean bbq, so I needed a few moments to review the menu. I chose the fried dumplings, an otopus shell and a plumage. Unfortunately, they had no otopus, so I chose the Quid version. the server brought out my steaming cup tee, it was in a styropor cup so not very fantasies, but it was 16oz and very tast...

I want to start by saying that I am not a huge fan of Asian food in general, but my wife loves Asian food and recently discovered Korean BBQ. We decided this would be a great date night place based off other reviews. From stepping in the building, I could already tell that the place was authentic with a great Asian market just downstairs. However, the food was barely palatable. Outside of the ribs, everything was covered in soy sauce or other very powerful bitter ingredients. The service was slow and I felt ignored by my waitress so much that I asked other servers multiple times for silverware, refills, or napkins. I had been warned about this place by some employees, but I decided to try it for myself. It truly is a hidden gem! We started with the noodles and ordered the squid (K3) and fried chicken (C4). The food arrived quickly, accompanied by an array of delicious banchan sides. This was, without a doubt, the best Korean meal I've ever had! If I had this food at home, I would have licked the plate clean. The sauce for the K3 is incredible—so good that I could have drunk it! I had to restrain myself because I wanted to save some for later. The service was outstanding, and an added bonus was that we could bring our wine and soju from Kim’s Market across the street!

Miega is our favorite Korean restaurant without a doubt! The food is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My husband and I have dined there multiple times with family and friends, and we even chose Miega to cater some of our wedding food. They delivered the meals, made sure everything stayed hot, and worked within our budget. Our guests enjoyed the food just as much as we did! We can't recommend Miega highly enough! New addition to Miega! Bingsu (snow ice), smoothies, sparkling drinks, and boba. Husband said the boba was one of the best he’s had and I love their ades (sparkling). Cute little booth area. If you look closely, they have a little case where places usually put sushi ingredients, so I don’t know if they’re going to eventually have a little sushi bar too in the future! Love it so far.

I had an amazing dining experience! I decided to try Korean BBQ for the first time with two friends. We had to wait for a grill, but the waitress was extremely friendly. We ordered more food than we could eat, and everything was delicious. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

The renovations were beautifully done. The food is just like stepping into Korea. The atmosphere was like being in Korea...the feeling of sitting at your grandparents home. Lively crowd and family. I would recommend going to Miega for a truly delicious and family experience.

We ordered beef and pork belly. Is was delicious and fast. Staff was friendly and responsive. Kimchi pancake and spicy rice was also very very good. Thick crispy kimchi pancake, nutty spicy chewy rice cake. Authentic korean food for a good price Réservez une table maintenant

This place is so delicious-From the spicy sea food soup to the barbeque (B2) our favs!! The plum tea is full of flavor and let’s not forget the new addition (Snow Ice) Hadn’t had this Ice cream bowl since we left Denver co.

Is this a hidden gem? The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service was excellent on a Friday night. It's a great value, and I would definitely return.
