I could be considered a Sushi connoisseur in a way which I do browse around the web reading reviews relating to sushi location recommendation. Although there many places with 4 out 5 stars or 2 out 3 stars, and 5 out of 5 stars etc..I personally have 3 criteria that I could immediate identify if I should continue or not. 1) The Name of the business 2) 85% taste consistency from all the reviews services 3) The creativity of style without losing the tradition of the core value of eating Sushi originated from Japan. Excellent place for dine in or take out. Great variety of sushi including some special ones like the Orchid which is highly recommended (flambed scallops with a terrific sauce! .
