Fantastic place. Greeted by the staff as we entered the establishment. Decor was very nice and a well lit interior. Clean seating areas and bathroom was well kept.We were able to get the room seating which was amazing since we just walked in during a busy time, and would have had to wait. Normally you would need to reserve that type of seating.Waitress was polite, attentive, and helpful when asked about different food items. Had a fun night mostly due to the company I was in and the excellent service. Our server, Ann, was lovely and attentive. The restaurant was over air conditioned and it felt like we were eating in the North Pole. The food was ok. Excellent chicken karaage, sashimi, and rainbow roll. The spicy tuna had an aftertaste that I didn’t love and the chop chop roll wasalmost dry. The worst was the tofu twist. It was smothered with sauce and really goopy. The tofu was soggy. I do not recommend unless what I described sounds delicious to you. I would be back though, the service was great and find the big parking lot downtown to be super convenient.

There is a lady in the front named Michelle. Terrible, awful and rude. Probably racist. Despicable look on her face when approached with a simple question. Maybe do not have someone at the front who is going to be so deplorable to not only a customer but human being in general. No common courtesy or decency. Will never go there again. Go down the street and there is a better spot where you are treated with respect.t.

Decided to try Mikado as we were in the mood for sushi. The boat dish is called Coast To Coast and is a selection of various sushi and sashimi dishes.It was all delicious and the staff and service was fantastic. Would highly recommend going here if you’re in the mood for sushi.
Very fresh and tasty food! The presentation and attention to detail on each plate are absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding and had a wonderful, calm atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back again.Vegetarian options: Excellent and very tasty vegetarian options!
I have been to this restaurant before and enjoyed my meal. But my colleagues and I went for lunch on August 1st 2023 and we all got sick after. Those that did not connect the sickness to the food and took food home got family members sick too.
Thank you for being accommodating to our service dog team. The food was great as well! Lunch bento boxes here are some of the best in the city.
