We were in Cherry Hill, NJ and wanted to investigate the sushi in the area. Reaching out to our trusty digital assistant, we came upon Mikado was the closest to our location. So we allowed digital fate to advise us. Google Assistant did notdisappoint. I know miso soup isn’t something one would really gush about; but at Mikado, the miso soup rocks! Super overpriced!!!! Good menu with both hibachi and sushi options. The sushi roll I started with overall was good. I did taste a hint of fishiness, I believe the salmon was going bad. The hibachi, chicken and shrimp was good. Service was also fairly good. They also will charge you a fee of 5% if you choose to use a credit card. All that means to me is 5% less tip. Sorry I don’t carry $200 in cash to pay for an overpriced meal. Dessert was nothing special. I would not go here again, because of the price and extra fees they charge.
We've been going here for a long time! No matter if you are dining in or ordering out, they give you the same attention and service. The food is tremendous. People have been commenting on the higher price but if you ask me you get what you pay for here. Higher quality and freshness. Kenny does a tremendous job keeping the place up to date and running all the way through the pandemic. He even called us (as regulars) to let us know when he was re opening! Our favorite place, our favorite food, and our favorite people.
Decent Japanese restaurant featuring sushi and other traditional Japanese fare. Nice decor and atmosphere. Family friendly. Comfortable. Good service. Plenty of free parking. The food was very good. My only criticism is; it might be just a little pricey for this type of restaurant. But overall, a good dining experience. (my friend and I were the last ones in there, they were closing up around us, but they never rushed us or said anything)

It was our annual birthday dinner for the Princess and she wanted to try something new. We had reservations for a Friday evening. We we’re new to the whole experience but me and my son used the chopsticks successfully! The tea I could drink a whole pot. The meal was better than I expected along with the service. It’s close to work so I may be in for lunch. They even sang Happy Birthday! Thank you!!!
I visited this restaurant for a date and had a wonderful, intimate experience. It wasn't too loud, which was nice. We arrived just before closing at around 9:30 PM. I highly recommend trying the Lynn Roll! While the prices are a bit higher than other sushi places for similar rolls, it was worth it. In total, we spent $64 for one appetizer, three rolls, and for two people.
Long time customer 20+ years, since initial opening before beautiful building/restaurant renovations! Owner remembers and always inquires of my 33 yo son's who was 7th bday celebration held here! Thank you Kevin, family and staff for the great food, welcoming experience and continued contributions to the foodie community!
I really like this local spot. Dime lights, warm atmosphere. Less busy during the work week. Since I've come across this place a couple of months ago, I've been back 5x. The food is always good. Hospitable staff. When you pay your check, they always provide warm, moist towels to clean off and fresh pineapple slices.

Kenny and his staff are above and beyond friendly! The food is delicious! And they go the extra mile with the mango candies for my daughter and I! Best sushi in south jersey!
Food was delicious the service was great. Nice atmosphere. Sushi was fresh and top notch. Would definitely go again.
