"The loaded nachos were far from loaded… barely any toppings! The elote was off the cob and very good! My fish tacos were great. My friend had the beef tacos and said they weren’t very good. Service was just ok-should have been better as we were the only guests in the restaurant."

Was visiting the area and this landed up being a google search find. Overall the food is good and fresh and this place is worth a visit. We ordered the chicken Tinga and baja fish tacos. They accommodated us by giving crispy tacos instead of soft although I would say maybe so should have stuck to having them soft. The tacos were fresh in taste but could do with some more flavours. We also ordered the burrito bowl the taste was good but nothing like a burrito bowl. It tasted more like the rice bowl at subway. It was tasty but no burrito taste. We were feeling Mexican food and saw the good reviews so we gave it a try. We thought the food was good, nothing I'd write home about but it was enjoyable. We got the beef chimichanga and chicken quesadillas to start. The chicken quesadillas were okay, but I enjoyed the beef chimichanga more, it was seasoned nicely and I'd recommend ordering this. Next we got the beef carne asada tacos, they were flavoured nicely but the beef was overcooked and the tacos felt a little empty. For dessert we ordered the churros and honestly they were my favourite thing we ate. One of the best mexican restaurants in GTA in my opinion, specially the best in/around Vaughan. We were 4 people and we ordered sriracha lime fries, chimichanga, enchilada, quesadilla, and the crunch wrap. I would not lie but all the items were impeccably perfect. The subtle taste of lime along with the spice in fries was remarkable. And the main courses though were all vegetarian since I don't eat meat but still they were so yummy, fresh and unique in tase. I am sure meat lovers would enjoy their main courses with chicken/beef added. I really liked their Chipotle dressing. Nice place hidden from Hwy 7. Very nice atmosphere and in keeping with the Mexican culture, the place is very colourful decorations with day of dead masks. The food came in small portions, but it tasted great. Chimichanga was freshly made and had no hint of oil. The fish taco was flaky and had no fishy taste and the chicken taco was not dry. The waiter was nice and friendly and the place is kept clean and ready for when a party comes in to be seated. Overall the only downside to the whole experience, and the reason for 4 stars, was the wait time. One waiter and two cook is just no enough to keep up with the steady stream of orders. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and believe me, we plan to return. It's a charming little restaurant that offers delightful surprises. The food is fresh and thoughtfully prepared—absolutely delicious! The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly; we asked for some suggestions, and they were excellent. Be sure to try the churros—they're a wonderful way to end your meal. We had a wonderful dinner here, and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it!
I recently discovered @milasmexican and was blown away by the delicious, authentic Mexican food they serve. I can't believe I waited so long to visit this place! The flavors are genuinely authentic, and the cozy atmosphere adds to the experience. I'm so happy my cravings for tacos led me here—it's truly a hidden gem! We tried the Garlic Parmesan Fries with spicy aioli, as well as the Baja fish tacos and shrimp tacos, and everything was absolutely scrumptious!
We spent a total of $100.10 here for two people. We orders 6 Al Pastor tacos, 1 margarita, 4 Sols and a chicken chimichanga. The chimichanga was sooooo bad. The presentation looked nice but inside was 30% chicken and 70% cheese. The amount of cheese was overpowering. It felt more like a grilled cheese. Between two people we ate about 1/4 of it. Too much cheese. Server was nice, we were the only table. Margarita options were tasty.
Had a great lunch here. Sunny made sure we had everything we needed and came back to check on us The fish tacos and chicken tinga were delicious! Do ask for hot sauce if you prefer the extra kick. We also had the churros with ice cream and the combination of hot and cold was great! Sunny also asked for feedback which we appreciated. Cute decor and a great place for flavorful food in the area! I visited this restaurant on a date, and their chicken Mexican pizza was absolutely mouthwatering—each bite was perfectly satisfying! The Sriracha lime fries were also fantastic. Naturally, we couldn't resist trying the churros sundae for dessert; it's a must-try if you have a sweet tooth like I do!
