On your own you don't want to wait too long for your meal. Wait staff lovely just not enough for the number of clients. When the food comes it is hit and miss. Duck in the duck pasta was delightful but the addition of scallops detracts rather than adds. The ribs huge and fall apart cooked. The accompanying rocket and Parmesan with balsamic dressing a good choice. Breakfast not worth the time for cold dry scramble, wilted old fruit, cold crisp bacon - shame really. And if you are an Accor member and expect discounts don't- only 1 starter, 3 mains and 1 desert allow application of discount - never seen that before.
How can a once top premium Hotel now fail so badly. Gee what a disappointment. Wednesday night when every thing should be FRESH and AVAILABLE a few items were not. Service was some what poor, presentation average and quality nothing to write home about. This once busy Hotel has been sadly let down by management. We can say in the past we would go out to dinner at this hotel at least 2 to 3 times per month, now having not been there this year has opened our eyes and we will not be back there. The owners much educate there staff in Dinning and also Wines because without these two components the site is lost
J'ai été ici plusieurs fois et j'ai été déçu à chaque fois. J'ai commandé le steak spécial et la viande était négligée et le pudding de la date collante était trop sec. Ne recommanderait pas ... Cependant, le service client était décent. La charmante serveuse s'est assurée que tout se passait bien et était toujours attentionné et souriant. Je voudrais la remercier. Cependant, je ne reviendrai pas.
I've been here a couple of times and have been disappointed every time. I ordered the steak special and the meat was overlooked and the sticky date pudding was way too dry. Would not recommend..... However, customer service was decent. The lovely waitress made sure everything was going well and was always attentive and smiling. I would like to thank her. However, I won't be coming back.

Tuesday Specials -$18 for steaks and pork ribs. We tried the pork ribs. Compared to Hurricane's at Ryde, this is similar but at half the price. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was very quiet, maybe it's in a motel. But very clean and spacious. Decent restaurant setting. Our family loves the steaks and pork ribs!
The service was good. My meal terrible. I ordered prawn linguini. The plate looked great. When i started eating i noticed the prawns were cooked in their entirety. The head was not removed nor was the prawn shelled. The prawn tasted like mud. Why on earth was this plate presented like this. Disgusting.
Dinner of Caesar salad with grilled chicken and Rib Eye Steak was excellent. Generous portions are fresh and flavoursome. Staff are friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit.
The meals are always first class and quite large servings and the service of the Staff especially Harry, is excellent.

Staff go above and beyond for their guests and the food was outstanding! They have chips to die for!
