When I called back, I explained what had happened and placed my order. The girl taking my order clearly wasn't paying attention and I had to repeat everything multiple times. When I mentioned to the man that I had been left hanging, he nonchalantly replied, "Well... I've been running around doing things!"
The head lady then came over and quoted me a price of $17. I told her that just five minutes earlier, the other lady had said it would be $16. She insisted that I must have misheard, claiming that $16 and $17 sound similar. But the young girl who took my order denied ever saying $16, though she looked quite sheepish while doing so.

We ordered a Gluten free pizza about a month ago and I spoke to a guy and ordered half Supreme and half meat lovers which he obliged and we paid $23. We did enjoy the Pizza except there was very little cheese on the top. I rectified the cheese shortage at home . Just now I’ve tried to order the same and I was told they have not served what I wanted for about a year !! Mon Dieu !! That’s a blatant lie and so guess what ? We will never visit this place again and we shall tell our friends not to either . It seems Honesty is a mobile commodity these days .. their loss and we will find another restaurant I’m sure for our business as we value truth !
If you're visiting from Sydney and craving a delicious pizza, Milanos Pizza Bar is the place to go. We ordered three large pizzas and it was plenty to feed five adults—there wasn't a single slice left! We tried the Meat Lovers, BBQ Chicken, and Vegetarian pizzas, and they all had the perfect amount of toppings and cheese. The crust was fantastic—light, crispy, and not at all heavy. If you're in the mood for a treat, grab some takeaway and take a well-deserved break!
The dining experience was pleasant, though not exceptional. I would consider returning, but I wouldn't feel particularly upset if I didn't. The pizzas were definitely superior to the pasta, and I wouldn't order the pasta again. We tried the penne Napoli, which tasted like it was made with canned sauce and a hint of garlic. Overall, I would rate the food 3/5, the service 4/5, and the atmosphere 4/5. Parking is available, with ample free spaces.

Changed the topping on there capricosa pizza that we loved for years n advised change on Facebook 24 hours previously and didn't advise when ordering, olives n anchovies added. I ordered the Gourmet Milanos pizza, and it was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, and the pizza was top-notch. There’s a great selection to choose from as well. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to my family and friends.
In my opinion, this is the best pizza on the Gold Coast! The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the menu is fantastic. I absolutely love it! Check out the Gourmet House Special in the picture.
we love this local family restaurant. if they have not tried the gourmet house special. You'll like one. we have taken or fed every day for the last years!
