Our server Thomas, was very attentive and good. The sides of asparagus and potatoes were also tasty. The poor rating due to value and food we gave is due to one item, the star of the show are beef rib roast, which was frankly quite tough and chewy. It was cooked perfectly in terms of doneness oh, but as far as texture it was almost the grade of beef I would call select, not even choice or prime. We had to drown it in au jus even make it palatable, and soften it enough to get it down very poor quality beef at least the night we were there.
We were seated promptly at our desired reservation time. The restaurant was cold and noisy. Our entree, soup and salad was OK although we had to ask twice for water and rolls. We frequent this restaurant regularly and sometimes it is good while other times not so good.
We've had Thomas as our server on multiple occasions. His recommendations and service are top notch. The food here is way above average for this area considering the cost. Highly recommended by us.
The wife and I enjoyed the experience. From your bread rolls to the shrimp entrees, all were delectable. The service from the receptionist to our waiter were friendly, professional and efficient.

Food tasted really good. Carrots were partly burnt and could have been warmer. Service by all was excellent!! Sitting in back towards the window helped cut down on the noise.
This was my husband and I first time. My burger was cooked perfectly!! Husband had the buffalo chicken flatbread. Very tasty, could've used more chicken.
The prime rib was cooked properly but the meat was still tough, I believe it was poor quality meat.
This restaurant is OK. We have dined here several times and usually with acceptable results.
