Mineral - Réservation de table

We arrived later than our reservation due to traffic, but the staff was still able to accommodate us. The service was quick, and there was never a dull moment. We opted for the tasting menu, along with the recommended cocktails and drinks. Every dish was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Some featured Filipino ingredients, while others had Filipino names but were elevated to an entirely new level. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you to the chefs, sommelier, and waitstaff. We had a wonderful evening.

I opted for the tasting menu, which offered a wonderful variety of flavors. If it's your first visit, I highly recommend choosing the tasting menu so you can sample a bit of everything. The service was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing service backed up by incredible food. We went for an all-seafood dinner and absolutely loved it. The food was fresh and the flavours were next level. The butterflied lobster tail was ridiculous.

Always wonderful, but especially so this last meal. The new versions of old dishes are outstanding. Truly one of the best restaurants in Toronto.
