Minervini's Pizzeria

My family and I have been searching for a pizzeria that has of course, good pizza. I have to give this place 5 stars! The pizza is absolutely, deliciously outstanding. NO ONE in the surrounding area of Wallingford has pizza this good. I'm originally a New Yorker and know great pizza and this is it! I highly recommend. The only thing that I can say that was a bit disappointing was that for 2 Sundays in a row, they were sold out of meatballs. So, I ordered pizza with sausage instead, and no disappointments in flavor at all. Truly delicious! Ordered pizza (mozzarella basil), picked it up and came straight home which was half a mile. When I opened it, the bottom of the box was saturated in oil. The pizza was swimming in oil, the cheese slid off and revealed an uncooked crust. I called them back and was told it was because of the basil. Apparently they keep basil in olive oil. I said we had ordered this other times but it was never this oily. Just check your pizza before you leave. P.S. after texting with owner later that evening, she did offer to make a refund or re-make the pizza, but by then it was too late.

Normally don't have an issue but tonight my order was drenched in BBQ sauce to where it was basically inedible. Also the sides of BC dressing were smashed into the pizza instead of left on the outside of the box. I was grossed out when I saw it. Step it up if you want to keep your delivery customers.

I have had pizza in New York, the New Oasis, and Italy, and I honestly believe that Minervini's serves the best pizza I have ever tasted. It is conveniently located, but the taste has completely surpassed all of my previous experiences. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant

I tried the Italian special pizza for the first time and it was packed with flavor, loaded with toppings, and incredibly cheesy. We also ordered buffalo wings which were delicious, and the kids enjoyed the pasta. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience.

The pizza was all burned. I called to speak to them about it and they said their ovens are old and have hot spots. They offered to remake it and send another out but I didn?t need another pizza. Really greasy and really yucky.

Best pizza I loved the pizza before. And he is very picky When my son comes to visit we have pizza from Minervinies and the next month is my daughter's birthday and we will have pizza from here.
