I would rate it a 4, but I don't want you to think of it as a typical dining spot. It's more of a take-out place. The food is good and reasonably priced. While their English isn't great, it's likely better than your Chinese. They manage to get your order right, and the place is clean.
This is the best restaurant in the area! I absolutely love their fried rice, and they offer some fantastic coupons to take advantage of!
Favorite place is the area for Chinese. I drive past many other restaurants just to enjoy their quality food.
