My family always orders from this restaurant, but tonight we decided to try delivery. We were surprised to see that we were overcharged by nearly £5, even though we were told that delivery was more expensive. The menu in the takeaway bag did not reflect the higher prices. The large kebab we ordered turned out to be much smaller than expected, with barely any salad included. When we called to complain, my wife was hung up on and rudely treated. Usually have no problem with Minster Grill and we regularly use them because we enjoy their food but the last two times we have had our food delivered by an extremely rude and miserable blonde lady. Twice she has delivered our food and twice she has never said thank you for the tip. Yes it wasn’t a big tip but we don’t have to tip. Food wasn’t as nice this time either. We were used to having a nice happy person delivering but this miserable human being is honestly putting us off ordering from there again. Minster Grill, SORT IT OUT!!
I usually order from Pizza Direct, but decided to try Minster Grill since they had a buy one get one free offer on pizzas. Unfortunately, they messed up my order, so I called them and they promised to redeliver. However, when the delivery man returned, he not only rudely told us off but also took the pizzas with him. This is definitely not the best example of customer service. I will be sticking with the pizza company I am familiar with next time.

I ordered a kebab from there last night in the shop, I see a sign say cash only so went and got cash out then went back to get a doner kebab large. At 01:30 this morning I was sick stomach cramps and the runs. The kebab had a bad taste to it and I threw it away after tucking into it for a few minutes as was hungry. I would never ever eat a kebab out of here again
most expensive kebab shop i have been too.. im local a 5 min walk have never used in 5 years wont do ever again..got home opened and overwhelmed with fat and oil...put on floor for my dog £11 of dog food and he left it never again yuk
As a first-time customer, I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and the side order of fries was a pleasant surprise. The meal deals also seem to be good value, so I will definitely be trying one of those next time.
I get many takeaway kebabs from Minster Grill. Never kept waiting, the food is always delicious. Will go again soon
