My son and i went to Miss Mauds Bakery yesterday for lunch. Had a lasagne and a chicken and bacon,salad toasted sandwich. Two cakes. Was very yum. Then went to the Buffet today. Wow very accomodating staff. Told us to make ourselfs at home. Lots of variety and very fresh. If in ever in Perth again i will go back. And will tell all my friends. I loved the decore too. Have visited this outlet over ten years or more for lunch, breakfast or coffee.Had a great Chicken Ceaser Salad for lunch last Thursday (10th June), the restaurant was busy with the staff working busily to ensure orders delivered and tables cleared promptly.Well done to Julie, Ann and the team.Recommended for a quick meal or coffee while out shopping.
Waited over 30 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant for our food, food arrived mildly warm instead of "piping hot" as advertised. Tasted stale and old. The only redeeming service was the lovely waitress. For a reasonably expressive meal the food was extremely poor. Will not be visiting again
I had their new texan eggs benedict today for lunch and I'm so glad I did. Two perfectly cooked eggs, lovely ciabatta toast, amazing chorizo and avocado.... it was excellent and topped off with fantastic service. I'd definitely pay $18 again to have the same again. Réservez une table maintenant
They pumpkin soup from here is really nice. The pastries are ok but I order golden bakery pastries over any other in the area. Miss Maud's innaloo is a good place to stop if you're in a rush and want something quick. The sausage rolls...More
I felt like I had gone back to the 70s. They still have Shrimpboat sandwiches. My coffee was great,, the service was excellent but my Club sandwich was dire. White bread with a chicken schnitzel shoved inside. Tasteless.
Good salads, they do have a small selection of gluten and dairy free cakes but mostly cater for those that can eat anything without getting ill from the food
