This is barely my 3rd times attend to Momo, first time at here the services was very bad, terrible second was at Arcadia that time was much better than then first time experience. This time is the best experience I ever have, our server was very polite, nice, care, and quick respond, she was very great, could be because they r not as busy as they used to any more, it used to be super packed but yesterday was actually couple tables were taking turn to empty, i was surprise but anyway I will take her as a very nice wonderful server. The foods is fine, the drinks is really bad, the bartender doesn’t make it taste good, very watery, no taste.
The quality of the meat at this restaurant is excellent, and the dining environment is quite nice. I've been there for lunch and dinner, and I find their fixed 18% gratuity to be reasonable. However, during my dinner reservation at 7:00 PM on August 12, 2023, we encountered a somewhat impatient waitress when the three of us requested service. Her attitude left a lot to be desired. When it came time to pay, she suggested an additional 3% tip, but the other two in my group felt it wasn't justified and declined. I couldn't help but ask her why she seemed so unhappy, and she simply said it was too hot. I was left speechless...
When it comes to veggies, you can eat as many as you like, and the same goes for the meat. I sampled both the tonkotsu and sukiyaki broths, and they were both delicious. As for dessert, there was no green tea ice cream, but the pistachio flavor was fantastic and creamy. The service here is wonderful too; they are always checking in and making sure everything is running smoothly. Overall, a great experience!
While it's not a bad place, it’s simply overrated. There are plenty of better alternatives available at the same price point. The main issue is that other shabu shabu restaurants offer a wider selection of unlimited seafood, vegetables, fish balls, hot dishes, and more. Additionally, they allow you to create your own sauces and dips, and sometimes even include drinks in the set price.

Meat quality was great. We tried all 4 broths and 3 of the 4 were flavorful while one lacked any flavor. The self service bar had an array of vegetables that were really fresh and they had a good variety of condiments and sauces to try. Service was attentive for the most part.
This is one of my favorite restaurants for lunch. The food is amazing and the service is great.
The waiter who served us appeared to be unhappy and sad. There was no aroma at all.
Food was so yummy. Try the curry and the cappucccino ice cream. Will def be back.
