Stopped into this place to fill a pizza craving. Built my own mod pizza and asked them to cook it well done. Not sure if they know how to control the fire or what well done is but instead of getting well done I received Burned. The staff was nice but the restaurant was dirty and no one bothered cleaning anything including the bathrooms. This was around 2-3pm on a Tuesday. I’ve tried mod pizza several times at various locations. I give up. This franchise is trash but could be so much better if they hired people who cared or trained them better on the art of pie making.
About 3 years ago I came to this mods and it was clean, organized and the employees were great. I just walked in about 10 minutes ago and left. The ordering station was missing a lot of ingredients and absolutely dirty. The TWO teenage employees behind the counter were wrestling and punching pizza boxes while I was waiting to be attended. Other people were also still waiting for their pizzas to be ready. they were also using no gloves and touching their pants and facial hair. I’m not even sure how people were eating there. Terrible service.
