It's nothing other than a nausea as is being handled here with customers. In May 2023 we ordered a baby room with delivery window around 15.08.2023. After this date has not been held, we were told it will be at the beginning of September, then reference was made to the beginning of October. After a telephone call at the end of the KW40, where an employee dropped that he didn't even know if the room was still coming, we drove to the furniture store in early October to solve the problem. It turned out that one assumes that the manufacturer is insolvency and that nothing is delivered. This is supposed to be known only since yesterday (lusty that the children's room is no longer available for quite a long time, even hanging signs in the furniture store as we saw later). Well, the solution is to cancel the original order and choose another baby room. We then did this and were lucky: everything in stock, except for the cupboard and the cot, but these two parts are already for the 10th October in the Avis, so they are also to be delivered to the warehouse until then. Thursday, 12.10.2023, then comes the call that on Saturday 14.10.2023 (planned delivery date to us), neither cot nor cabinet are delivered. The two parts only come on 13.10. in stock and can then no longer be loaded for Saturday tour the parts will be delivered on Monday. Inacceptably, however, as it turned out on that day, it is not possible at all: in the warehouse you already know that these two pieces are not delivered on 13.10.2023, the manufacturer does not drive the warehouse on that day. The next – at least a happy turn then on 13.10.2023: The supplier has delivered it! The truck that supplies the other parts on 14.10.2023 is already gone – so the parts are now packed on the truck for delivery on Monday, 16.10.2023. A pick-up of bed and wardrobe is not possible on 13.10.2023, because the parts have to be “stripped” and on 14.10., because the pick-up on Saturdays is generally not possible in the camp. No problem, I'm just getting free for Monday at short notice, doesn't matter – the loss of merit as a self-employed person makes the baby room even more expensive, who are interested in the customer's interests?! Since May, we ran after a baby room and experienced a few days before the date of birth that it is not delivered. We are collaborative, find an alternative solution and are then simply left to hang again in the same way. Thanks at this point for Höffner from the anticipation of the baby room made an annoying farce – that's what you want at the first child, isn't it?! But, hey, we were once again offered a merchandise certificate as an excuse. Great, we can then use it to annoy us again – delivery dates are apparently only observed if Venus, Pluto and a planet you have not yet discovered are in the right constellation! As stated above: It's nothing other than a wickedness! And if Höffner is the last furniture store in the world, I learn to clean and build my furniture myself but buy, I will never be there again!

Up until this order I was a 2nd generation customer. My parents and I still liked shopping here, from the kitchen to the vase, back in the days of 'Möbel Walther '. As a customer, we felt we were in good hands here. Even if something went wrong, you were helped quickly and easily. Unfortunately, we now had a completely different experience. We ordered a garden lounge as it wasn 't available locally. When unpacking, we noticed, in addition to small visual defects, that there was a production error in one middle foot. The foot is bent so badly that you can 't mount it. So using the couch is also impossible. We have emailed customer service with all the details. In addition to picking it up without compensation, we were offered a purchase price reduction of less than 10% ! because no spare parts are available. We didn 't find either option really customer-oriented. Requests for a call back are also ignored. All in all, we are one realization richer that we would not buy anything more. Because you only pay more money but get the same service as if I had ordered the product directly from the Far East via the Internet. updated: Thank you for your kind feedback on our review. You have to wait as well as in every department MINDESTENS an hour until an employee has time and this is not even at the peak times during the week. In addition, the quality of many pieces of furniture also leaves to be desired. It's annoying if you take time and waiting time and still have to go home with empty hands. In the future, Vlt will hire more staff or at least distribute differently, absolutely avoidable defects!

We finally found our dream kitchen here! This was mainly due to the competent and friendly consultation by Mr Hüttel. He has shown us various possibilities of kitchen design, has responded to all our wishes and has taken a lot of time. We can absolutely recommend the kitchen planning and would like to thank you again!
