If you're in the HK area and want your poke fix, Paina Cafe is my favorite choice. I especially love the Crunch Bowls which you can choose your poke...usually I go with the Spicy Ahi. They pack it with lots of poke and just enough rice. (Don't you just hate places that give so little poke and too much rice?! Many of their other dishes are pretty good so you really can't go wrong. I've tried their plates, smoothies, teas, dips, salads...and they are all pretty good. There aren't many seats inside so you may have to sit outside, take it home, or take it to the beach. Love Paina Cafe.. wish they would open one on the Windward side!!
We arrived to celebrate our completion of Koko Head, only to find a "cash only" sign on the door, which left me and the six others I was with feeling quite disappointed. Fortunately, the AMAZING staff stepped in and informed us, "Just order online and we'll serve you here." It was such a relief since we were all starving! The service was fantastic—our coffees and waters were constantly refilled—and the food was even better! I particularly loved the generous amount of crab on the eggs benedict, and the garlic toast was a fantastic touch with tons of flavor. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well!
Wonderful food and service! Came on a Tuesday afternoon and waited for about 10 minutes for a table. We were met with attentive staff and were served excellent food?highly recommend the Crab Benedict and the Banana Pancakes (1 pancake is equivalent to 3 normal size pancakes imo . The poached egg on the Benedict was slightly over cooked, but it didn?t really matter because it was that good. Also if the Macnut Latte is available, it?s sweet and delicious! Highly recommend :
This was just a quick pit stop before closing time. And it showed. The attention to detail lacked somewhat. Whilst I got seated fast and had a chance to chat to other patrons I also had to wait for my order to be taken. I've read much about the crab Benedict and the other patrons also recommended that menu item. I wanted to test the enthusiasm. There was a short wait for the food and I was little disappointed. The poached eggs were overcooked and the hollandaise sauce

Our server, Tyler, was outstanding and provided top-notch service. The food was delicious and prepared to perfection. It's a fantastic spot for breakfast, especially after completing the Koko Head hike. The atmosphere is great, and there's a positive vibe all around. The biggest downside is the wait time, which indicates that the food is indeed good, but the turnover is a bit slow. Overall, I highly recommend it!
Happy with the service in our brunch today ? commented that the rice in my loco moco was cold so they replaced it without question, server was apologetic and gave us warm sesame cookie while waiting for the replacement; it didn?t matter if my eggs were not made the way I wanted it (scrambled vs over easy). Coffee refill was a totally new cup, instead of just refilling my cup. Keep it up!
Thank you for the years of amazing top notch Poke Bowls! I was so sad to see the closed sign today. Good luck with your new ventures and know that the Poke Crunch shell has a special place in my heart as my absolute favorite look!
Fast service, food is delicious. No bathroom, all types of payments accepted. Space to eat in is a bit limited. No outside seatings but there are nearby places to sit outside. The menu is affordable and very inviting atmosphere.

Food was fantastic!!! The pancakes are huge and delicious, the service was great, friendly staff, clean establishment, and tasty food! I only came for breakfast but I?ll be back for Lunch another day!
