I arrived at Moe's in Pramus, NJ, at 8:00 PM on a Sunday. As soon as we walked in, the staff started shouting that they were closed. I pointed out that their website and store hours stated they would be open until 9:00 PM. When I asked for the manager, they told me there wasn't one available, but someone named Gabby was introduced as the shift leader. I politely requested that we at least be able to get our food to go, but she responded that they were closed and there would be no further service. This experience was quite disappointing, and I intend to reach out to higher management to express my concerns about the staff's attitude and the poor service we received.
