2021-11: I 've dined in a couple years ago, but my most recent experience was a delivery order via Uber Eats. I understand that using a third party delivery service brings additional costs, but I was a bit disappointed by the relatively small portion sizes for the price I payed. I ordered two create your own bowls. Even with rice, beans, protein (one chicken, one steak , included toppings, and a couple add on toppings, the portions were lacking. Especially since they are prepared in containers that are large enough to make the portions appear that much smaller. I would have hoped for more quantity of each ingredient, most notably, the protein. I received quite a decent portion of chips, with two small (2 oz. containers of salsa for each bowl. However, I have no complaints with the quality of the food. The order was correct and was put together with care. The food tasted good, I would just like to see better portions for the prices charged.
For the “Moe Monday” it was a while since I had eaten here. My burrito was great, but I think it's crazy, they're loading you $1.49 to put queso on your burrito or one of the ducks. It should be included with the price of the Burrito as a springboard. It's not how you get $1.49 worth of queso. Customer service was great and everyone was friendly. I'll give this one proposal... don't put the Burrito in the pocket you give with the chips as it scores my Burrito. And to be honest, it's not very sanitary.
Have the “stack” of the moe, essentially a taco bell crunch wrap with fresher ingredients, and you choose the toppings. Pretty firm, you pig is my go-to-protein of choice. My main grip with such places is that they are very stingy with the protein. I get them trained, but I don't want to pay a "steak crunchwrap" a "blettuce, sour cream, and cheese crunchwrap" without paying more to get extra. Anyway, I always appreciate the free chips and salsa.
