The gallina guisada was overcooked, that could be dangerous since hen bones are extremely hard and sharp and was too difficult to find a piece of meat only little bone sticks. Tastes good but ate with fear since l have 77 years. Should be cooked until tender but complete pieces. Thanks

Bistec empanizado is the best! My fave! Love their habichuelas. Amazing flavor. Tostones are hella fire too! Packaging on point.
