Moish And Itzy’s Delicatessen

My girlfriend and I sat down and was greeted immediately by our waitress asking if we wanted drinks. She prompted brought our drinks, but didnt come back for about 20-25 minutes to ask what we wanted to eat. We both ordered a crab sandwich under a cute name on their menu. About 20 minutes later, we got our dishes and they both looked the same. Both of them didn't look like what we ordered, but was assured by our waitress that it was, so we bit into it thinking maybe it was presentation. It wasn't. The waitress put in the correct order, but the temporary chef that day was confused what he was making and made the wrong thing. They remedied it by making the correct dishes, but it took another 15 minutes to prepare it and we took it to go. It was the first time ever that I never gave the waitress a tip. I was generous with my 2 stars.

I would give the food a 5, except the last 2 times we ordered food, the bill was over $100. So we have 2, $18 sandwiches not made how we asked. And the funny thing is that one of the sandwiches had an up charge for a different cheese. Very frustrating and very annoying for what we paid you!! This is also the first review I have ever written because I’m so annoyed. We want to like going there!!

Ordered from here last week everything was terrible the potato knish was frozen the hotdog bun was stale and rubbery the brisket was dry and overcooked barely could eat it the pastrami and corned beef was awful absolutely nothing was fresh or cooked properly worst experience

wish there was an option for a bigger size than a bowl. the chicken noodle soup was so simple yet delicious
