The team at the Langhorne Philly Pretzel Factory is fantastic! I tried placing an online order on Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday morning pickup but kept getting an error message. By the time I called, they were already closed. So, I called back at 7 a.m. to order 70 pretzels for an 8 a.m. pickup, and they went above and beyond to fulfill it! Thank you for accommodating my order! This place is always my top choice for delicious soft pretzels!
I had my first visit to the restaurant, and the ordering process was straightforward. The staff were friendly and efficient. I appreciated the opportunity to watch the production area through the window. The spicy pretzel dog and rivets were both excellent. As for parking, there aren't many spaces available, even when it's not busy, as it seems someone else shares the lot.
I always enjoy stopping by for my Philly Pretzel cravings! I usually order a sausage pretzel, which is a deliciously spicy hot dog, along with five mini pretzels that keep me satisfied during my visit to Langhorne. The prices are affordable, the food is tasty, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent.
Very nice little store, appears to be family run. I was in the area for business but stopped in to see some of the pretzel art and get a snack! I was pleased on both counts. Réservez une table maintenant
