I've eaten here 3 times total, with today's attempt being the 3rd. I say attempt because, whilst waiting to be seated, I stepped on what I thought was a rock, but it turned out to be a literal rusted spike. Luckily, I was wearing sneakers instead of sandals, which I observed others nearby wearing. I called attention an older female and asked for the manager so I could advise them about a potential health and safety risk. The woman stated that the manager was busy, which I understood given it was the big rush, but this seemed like something that needed awareness sooner rather than later. The food was just average, and the owner was quite rude. He only showed a pleasant demeanor when he welcomed us, but after that, our requests were largely ignored. I had heard a lot of hype about this place, but honestly, it felt pretty bland. I definitely won't be returning after the treatment we received! I am very disappointed with the experience! The service was poor, the servers were impolite, and they brought us the wrong dishes. We waited a long time for the replacements, and when we finally received them, they were cold!
First time at Molly‘s, nice atmosphere, however the staff was not very friendly. It’s nice to be greeted with hello how are you or welcome etc. When we first walked up to the podium, we were ignored by two of the waitresses. Finally, one of them came back and took us to our table, waiter was not friendly at all. Did not meet my expectations at all. Customer service is very important . Unexpectedly delicious food that tastes homemade. The restaurant was quite busy, but they managed everything well with only a short wait to be seated. As for accessibility, there are plenty of tables on the ground level for wheelchair users.

I made a special trip here to have brunch. As expected, it is a place ranked very high on Google. When I arrived at 12 o'clock, there was a constant flow of people. The related meals were also in line with expectations.
Great atmosphere and the price and flavor all seem to be in the right place. Definitely enjoyed the breakfast and the service was always prompt and fast.
Super cute place, friendly staff, but I've always been disappointed with the food. Food is consistently cold, flavorless and bland.
