I absolutely love this coffee shop. It feels like it's in the middle of nowhere (as in there's nothing else immediately around it other than residential) but is 100% worth the trip and drive to check out. You can almost drive right by without knowing it's even there. It has a massive, well thought out patio and really unique inside area that's built out of an old house. I’ve been a die hard Mom n ‘em fan for about a year now. I said it then and I’ll say it forever, best coffeeshop in the city and honestly my favorite coffeeshop anywhere in the world. 1. Family business, you gotta love it, mom is literally taking your order making your coffee or toastie every time I go in 2. The quality of the coffee and food 3. The vibe of both locations is like big warm hug, and that’s what I look for in any place I frequent I want to feel at home and welcomed. Absolutely charming! This place has a trendy, bohemian atmosphere that feels earthy and bright. It’s clean and inviting, with delicious pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I tried their tasty iced mocha, served in a mason jar—such a hipster touch, but I’m all for it! When I walked in for the first time today, it felt like stepping into a friend's cozy home. On a rainy day like today, there are seating options to suit any preference: cozy nooks, comfy couches for lounging, or a spot at the bar or communal farm table in the kitchen. I can't wait to return; I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this gem sooner!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! They offer an impressive variety of beverages, including beer, cocktails, and even a delightful boozy milkshake. The food is fantastic, featuring breakfast sandwiches, baked toasted breads, and a wonderful selection of tinned fish and seafood. I highly recommend trying the Smoked Mackerel, Almond Butter Banana Toastie, and Franklins Coconut Cold Brew—though maybe not all at once! Additionally, if you join their coffee or wine club, they provide nationwide delivery, and joining the wine club offers extra perks, including the option for in-house pickup.

I stopped by for a coffee, a cookie, and a croissant. The coffee was good, and the treats were enjoyable as well. The service was decent. However, I was a bit disappointed by the limited number of tables that could accommodate four people, all of which were occupied by singles. We managed to make a small table work and enjoyed our time there. It would be better to visit during warmer weather since they have a fantastic patio area.

The coffee and pastries are delightful, but it's the decor that truly makes this place special. This family-owned establishment never fails to warm my heart. I'm from out of state and thought I would try this out. I'm a very picky eater and this was AMAZING. I scarfed down my avocado toast and honestly could say I'd go back for seconds if this wasnt so filling. The coffee was done exceptionally, I loved it.

Great atmosphere and presentation . Espresso, coffee, and green tea was enjoyable. Avocado toast w sour dough was very good but one avocado toast was not as requested w no oil.
