I had a disappointing experience with customer service today. I went to the mobile pickup area to collect my order instead of going to the register, and the employee snapped at me, saying, "You could have come to the register and told me what you were waiting for." When I arrived, there was a line at the register, and the other staff member was busy preparing orders, so I chose to sit down instead.
