My wife and I went to Taco Bell in LaGrange, GA at 6 PM on May 24th. When we arrived, we found the restaurant to be dirty with a worker sleeping on one of the tables. There were 5 people behind the counter, but no one was working the register. Instead, we were directed to use the kiosk to place our order, which meant we couldn't ask any questions about how to customize our meals. It took a while for our order to be ready, but when we finally received our food, we found it to be cold and stale with only half portions. After more than 50 years of experiencing Taco Bell, it's challenging to give a rating that remains consistent with each visit. The quality of food and service can vary greatly from exceptional to poor. Similar to many fast food chains, their menus and standards lack consistency. However, I can confidently say that Taco Bell's hot sauce is exceptional and stands out as an exception. In my opinion, the Taco Bell fire sauce is perfect and deserves a 5-star rating. I believe that the rest of their operations have the potential to be just as successful as their condiments, but they need assistance in achieving the same standards.
i placed my order in the drive through, i got home and realized they didnt charge me nor give me all of the food i ordered. I went back with all the food and asked could they charge us the food we ordered and remake the food i got because it was going to be cold by time i drove home for the 2nd time. The manager said she wasnt going to remake it because of a mistake i made ? her eye was bit distracted so she probably did think it was a mistake i made. i ordered a number 4 and a number 8, if i made a mistake.. why is it i was asked what drink do you want when ordering both?

I particularly enjoy their fire hot sauce packets and the playful phrases on them always make me smile. Plus, they now offer fries on their menu.

My husband and I visited this restaurant last night with his brother. When we arrived, I was feeling unwell due to low blood sugar. The manager noticed and quickly got me a soda to help me feel better. The kindness and quick thinking of the manager was truly amazing! I want to express my gratitude once again. However, the young lady who checked us out was quite rude. Thankfully, the manager addressed the situation promptly and was very polite and helpful.
Called Taco Bell to let them know they messed my order up. Employee who answered phone told me to hold on and laid phone down. I could hear them talking to other employees and customers. After 10 minutes of waiting I hung up. Tried calling back a few more times. They would not answer phone. Now it's off the hook. New Franklin Rd is the worst one.Dietary restrictions: Do not eat rice. Ordered without rice. But into it and there's rice.
Ran inside while ride went ahead to order in drive thru, thinking I'd be out in time to meet at pay window. Wrong. Took quite a bit to move line along (15 min). Once it started moving alls well. Restaurant itself was very tidy, Bathroom was clean and useable. Order was correct and fresh. Will definitely
I absolutely love this fast food restaurant - it's my favorite! The food is delicious and the deals they offer are fantastic. The service can be a bit slow during busy times, but overall, I am very happy with my experience.
