I've had a few positive experiences at Mondo Marketplace, but unfortunately, last night was not one of them. I took some friends to Stanley Marketplace, and we decided to have dinner at Mondo. Unfortunately, the staff member taking our order made several rude comments, and I later found out he’s the owner. The food was overpriced and genuinely disappointing. The meatballs were tough and nearly inedible, the sauce was overly salty, and my friend's pasta was overcooked and lacked flavor. I don’t plan on returning to Mondo Marketplace, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Arrived last night 11/10/22 to Stanley Market place to celebrate a birthday. Stopped for a bite and was terribly disappointed with the food. $40,00 on a (literally) CUP of soup that wasn 't hot, chicken salad that had 3 pieces of ice cold chicken. Pasta piled on top of microwaved meatballs that were uneatable and attitude when asked if they had soup spoons... we have plastic spoons. Disappointed, shocked, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
So the soup of the day is different every day and I don't think there is a way to tell what it is unless you go there and look at their board, but the Cheesy Turkey and Mushroom soup today was SO good. It was spicy like white chicken chili but with turkey and sliced mushrooms. Their soups are usually pretty good and interesting.Vegetarian options: The make-your-own pasta bowl can be vegetarian if you'd like.
Stumbled on this place while exploring around the area. My pastrami sandwich was incredible, the meat is classic deli style and the Brussel sprout slaw gives it a perfect crunch. The side of pasta salad is probably some of the best I've ever tried. So many gluten free options available as well

I had a party in Hawaii and needed a board.... they packed it up and made a beautiful charcuterie plate that I chilled. It was a hit.Fresh pasta, sauce, sandwiches and 5 star service. I love this place, they're really good.
So many gluten free options! I came in on Tuesday so it’s ALL DAY happy hour, which is BOGO grilled tacos (doesn’t include steak). I got the fried shrimp appetizer (GF).. that was good, but not on the happy hour.
I want to express my gratitude to the entire Mondo Market staff, especially Manuel, Andres, Nick, and Neytan. The service was excellent, and the dishes were delicious. I truly love Mondo Market!
They have a 2 dog policy, but the owner allowed our well behaved dog in be6of the heat. BravoThe cocktail offerings were great. Recommend the Comida Coin.The food was wonderful.

The pastrami is as dry as beef jerky, and for the price you pay, the portion size is ridiculous—more suitable for a toddler. Totally disappointing.
I got the chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly really good! My man got the Ruben and he said is was one of the bests he’s had in a while!
