I'll start with the good stuff: Nice and clean, fast service even though they had a sign out front about being short staffed, and I thought my grilled chicken sandwich and battered fries were tasty.The cons: My husband said his blue cheese burger was terrible. My kiddo's pretzel was hard as a rock, basically inedible. Also, when I was in the restroom, I watched one of the wait staff walk out without washing her hands yuck.
Has been an all time go to for us but our experience tonight was horrible and I'm not sure we'll be back. Drinks were wrong, couldn't even get a kids milk within a half hour of being sat, both meals were wrong and a side of fries was $9??? Very sad about this experience. We were also sitting long before a large party and our order went In last (waited 49 minutes to order food with young kids
The owner attempted to introduce a robot server, which led to the manager and all the staff quitting, ultimately resulting in the closure of the restaurant. This reflects poorly on the ownership, as they do not seem to value their employees. I wouldn't recommend giving this place your business. Rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
The service was very disappointing. I sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes without anyone attending to me. It took an additional 5 minutes before the server finally took my order. The food was mediocre at best. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in quite some time, and I won't be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
We had a quick meal with our kids and our one-year-old granddaughter. The restaurant offered a typical bar menu, and everyone enjoyed their burgers, wraps, and chicken fingers. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a pleasant experience!
We've eaten at other restaurants in this chain, but not at this location before. We stopped in with 2 adults and a 10 yr old and everyone really liked their food. The waiter was very nice also.
Service was unimpressive, without personality and slow. We were 1 of 5 tables, so it was my like they were busy. The food was good, not great, though edible.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
