Used to love the food, actually still do. The biggest problem is with their service. I ordered a specific item on the menu and received a lesser expensive version. Told them about it and asked them to make up the difference with a refund and they flat out said NO . No offer of a gift card, or a credit on a future order, nothing. So much for customer service. They also had my food ready at 7:10 for a 7:40 pickup. Don 't offer advance ordering if you 're going to let the food sit in the bag for 30 minutes before I come to get it.
Oh my the food was delicious! I had the lamb combo platter and tried a sample the babaganoush and it was so good that I bought a large container to go. The service was excellent! Very casual atmosphere with Egyptian inspired decor. There are food products for sale in the main space and then another room with more tables.Parking: In a strip mall area with large shared parking lot.
This place is great, and incredible service. Saee was just so awesome. He threw in free stuffed grape leaves, Baklava, and mango drink. Definitely check this place out, really cool vibes and a little store inside. A little gem in the area. Food is also amazing, I got the spicy rice and falafel.

we have become regular in monroe falafel. the service is great and eating is delicious. we always get the falafel wrap, fattoush salat, tabbouleh, spicy rice and at least a large tub of fresh hummus.
This restaurant offers fresh and tasty food! I especially love the combination of chicken shishtawook and hummus. It's truly delicious!
Nice and clean place with lots of beautiful Egyptian decor. Serves halal food and the staff is really friendly.
