I ordered a sub and some cookies online and they charged my credit card. I went in to pick up my order and the woman working told me that they did not have my order and that it was my fault for placing my order on a computer and not a cell phone. She admitted that she was scamming other customers that ordered through a computer by refusing to make their orders too. I was told, “next time use your phone” about 10x times before I left. Now I have to sit on customer service with my credit card to do a charge back. I would avoid this location and maybe Subway all together. They blatantly scammed me for $10.
I stopped in one afternoon for a sub. The food was typical Subway no complaints there. I enjoyed my sandwich, my cookie, and my drink. The issue is that I was charged a tip that I did not authorize. I didn't see it immediately and when I contacted them about it, they did nothing. I eventually contacted my credit card company to get the difference refunded. I can only conclude that this was not a mere mistake but dishonesty by their lack of responsiveness to my communications.
