First of all, our reservation wasn't recorded in their system, even though it was confirmed through Open Table. We were seated without any issues. We've always enjoyed the food at this location, but unfortunately, both of our meals were disappointing this time. The drinks were fine, but my ribs were very dry and didn’t fall off the bone as expected. The wings were good, but my husband's fish and chips didn't meet our expectations either. I requested extra napkins, but they never arrived, nor did we receive any wet wipes for our sticky fingers. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
After I received my Cara Card back, she lingered at our table while we were trying to pay and discuss her tip, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. As a fellow server, I understand the importance of giving guests privacy when they receive the bill; I always step aside to allow them to handle their payment in peace. I found her behavior unprofessional, and overall, our experience at your restaurant was not very enjoyable.
Montana's........You should know what a Montana's is by now. If you do not It's a chain steak house type place......sort of. As far as a Montana's goes this one is at the top of the game. Great service from Sandra. This location is smaller then most, thiscreates a more comfortable atmosphere. I recommend if you are in the mood for a chain restaurant that won't give you toiletproblems.
I had dinner at this restaurant last night. I don’t usually order mac and cheese when dining out, but I decided to give it a try, and it was delicious! Our server, Sandra, truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and suggest requesting Sandra as your server! She did an amazing job! Both the food and service were outstanding! We stopped in for a late lunch at this restaurant because it was convenient, and we're so glad we did! The food was incredible, with generous portion sizes and meat that just fell off the bone. The dessert was equally decadent and delicious. Our server, Lizbeth, was fantastic as well! We will definitely be returning to this location.
I went there for dinner last night and the food was incredible! I especially loved the garlic loaf. Our server, Sandra, was fantastic—so cheerful and attentive to our needs. She has a wonderful personality, and her smile really brightened the atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!
It's a great location for sure friendly environment, the ribs where alright. I found them dry and burnt on a few of the ribs. The fries where amazing and tasted great. Over all its a great location the food was good. Could improve of the texture for theribs. Other then that 5 stars.
