Montreal Delicatessen & Family

My Son invited me to try the smoked meat at this long established restaurant. The decor, menu and service are still with an old style nostalgia. We have ordered my favorite Reuben sandwich with fries. The sandwich had a good stack of delicious smoked meat on rye bread, but I did not taste or notice the Swiss cheese and sauerkraut that makes a great Reuben sandwich. Will be back to try an alternative choice from the menu.

Wow .. interesting little spot. A bit on the dated side but the food is fantastic. Huge portions and very affordable prices. Mom and Pop Operation. Our service was fast and super friendly, cold beer served in chilled mugs .. Definitely going here again for a quick meal Enjoy...If this review is helpful please give a thumbs up

Well you don't go for the ambiance, you go for a delicious sandwich; corned beef, smoked meat, ruben, etc. Good size portions lots of fries, slaw and a dill. Always order an extra side of dills. Service is very quick and you can be in/out within an hour easily.

Reasonable prices, good service and good food. Awesome smoked meat/corned beef sandwiches (HUGE and good!). I've tried many things at the Montreal Deli and all have been great. The chairs aren't that comfy for a bigger person but that's not really a problem. Réservez une table maintenant

This is a great little gem of a place. While it could use a renovation, the place is clean and cozy. They serve great deli sandwiches that are nice size portions without the expensive pricing.

Good food (especially the smoked meat) - reasonable prices - good service. This restaurant has been open for many, many years. Very good selection of food/desserts.

While visiting a friend in Toronto we went out for supper here. My husband said it was the best roast beef dinner he's ever had. Big portions and a great price.

The Montreal Deli is THE place for Corned Beef! Corned beef came in HUGE portions, and is all well worth the price!
