I've seen some negative reviews, and I think it's important to set realistic expectations. Don’t expect part-time employees, or “baristas,” to be experts or to create custom coffee drinks that fit your specific taste. Personally, I don’t expect a modestly paid, part-time worker to have extensive knowledge or to whip up a “specialty drink.” As Quentin Tarantino said, “I buy the good stuff. ‘Cause I want to taste it.” If your drink isn’t up to par, don’t hesitate to send it back!
I want to clarify that this restaurant has not closed; it has simply changed ownership and is now called Stray Cat. However, it maintains the same vibe, with a few updates, and continues to serve the same brand of coffee, Moon Doggie. I'm sharing this here because your feedback form is not sufficient.
Had an iced mocha that tastes like Vienna instant cappuccino with bad chocolate syrup. Service was great. Staff seem to take pride. But even for $5, it was so bad, I still end up dumping most of the drink. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item.

The coffee here is fantastic! Just a heads up, it's located inside Johnny's Market at 48 Westwood Ave, so don't expect to see a sign for Moon Doggie Coffee; you'll only find the sign for Johnny's Market.
