I have been a regular customer here for years, and I've always rated it highly because it was fantastic. However, it seems that there has been a management or staff change in the past few months, and the quality has slowly declined. They frequently forget parts of the appetizers, serve lukewarm tea instead of hot, and this week I was served two different types of sashimi along with half a dish of cooked fish. I thought the point of sashimi was that it's raw, and I'm not a fan of fried food. I really hope they can improve soon, as this is very disappointing.
The worst service in the world. They completely stuffed up order, and then kept brushing off my enquiries even 40 minutes after the first dish had arrived and we were still waiting for more dishes. No explanation, no apology and we were still charged full price! All that and all we got was soggy, doughy prawns. Yuck! This less than two weeks after the last terrible review. This place needs to look at how they treat their customers. Appalling!
This place is great. I don't really understand what the bad reviews below refer to... I've been to Moon's twice this year and both time the food has been fantastic. The rice is so fresh it's still warm, the tempura is crispy and tasty. Freshly pickled ginger and wasabi to boot. Moon's is great and they're happy to tailor menu items to vegetarians. Give it a crack
This is a beautiful spot for a quick, healthy lunch. We tried the spicy beef bento, which was very fresh and delicious. It included a bowl of miso soup, rice, four pieces of sushi, a grilled salmon nigiri, and spicy beef, all accompanied by a sweet pork katsu burger. At just $6.50, it was a fantastic deal!

I love Moon Sushi, I have been going here for years, never had a bad meal or any order issues with my order when eating in or when I call (which I do a lot).Very friendly staff, good value, fresh and made to order. Try the Moon's Roll!!!! Yuuuum!!!!
eats here since its opening and moons always has beautiful fresh sushi. we get the sushi dinner Bento box and a big king prawn sushi roll and the quality never fluctuates. absolutely love it, and friendly service also. thanks moons sushi!
We treat ourselves to a meal here once a week. The food is always fresh and delicious. Our favorite dish is the teriyaki salmon main course. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality is excellent!
Never had a bad meal at Moon's in the 4 years we've been going there. Probably been over a 100 times. Friendly staff, responsible priced and relaxing atmosphere.
