I was really disappointed at the service on the two occasions I had eaten there. The waitresses were either young and inexperienced (tried items that were ordered) or snore and irritated. My group were all German native speakers, so it was not a language barrier problem; they just made a terrible impression. The menu was usually overpriced for the quality and I would avoid the cheeses unless you are willing to risk an intestinal barrier. However, there is a jewel in the menu. The Kaiserschmarren is phenomenal, at least when I stacked against any restaurant or at home. They use this caramelization step that makes it really delicious.
