We had spent a lovely day walking in the area. We decided to finish our walk with a drink in the sunshine at the Brentalm, thinking we may even stay for dinner if the menu looked good. We sat down in the deck chairs and tried for around 10minutes to get the attention of the waiting staff, who despite noting our presence did not come to take our order. We then went inside to order at the bar where we were rudely told we had to order with the waiting staff outside. Nice place friendly that is until you ask for tap water. On holiday been in every night after the end of the ski day. After some food and a couple of drinks, young kids finished ski lesson and asked for tap water. Provided with a...tiny glass, when asked for a second refused. Reply, my manager will not provide a second, you must buy mineral water If you want good customer service, try some where else, there is plenty of choice and you are captive to the end of the day Skiing.
The place is located perfectly at the end of the slopes of the Ehrwald Alm. Service is okay, beers and other drinks too. Music is good although the dj could be more vibrant. Terrace in the sun. Fire places outside. The typical après-ski atmosphere although when we were there twice it was quite tame unfortunately. But according to the locals, this is the best place in the hood. Freundlicher Service und eine perfekte Kombination aus Gemütlichkeit und Rustikaler Moderne! Das Essen macht das Urlaubserlebnis perfekt. Den Geschmack vom Kaiserschmarrn und dem Speck aus dem Gröstl nimmt man mit in Gedanken mit nach Hause. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt und es ist vom allein Wanderer bis zur Familie ein guter Anlaufpunkt.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und Verhältnismäßig schnell serviert, waren jedesmal positive überrascht, über die Schnelligkeit Qualität. Nur unser Sohn hat selten sein Essen angerührt, weil er soo sehr vom Trampolin begeistert war (Sandkasten, kleine Rutsche Schaukel ist ebenfalls vorhanden). Kostenlos parken rundet das Paket ab.
Wir waren letzte Woche mit unserer Cabriogruppe und fast 30 Personen mittags in der Brentalm und mit dem Service absolut zufrieden. Parkplätze waren für uns reserviert, freundlicher Empfang und Speisen inkl. Getränken waren lecker und wurden schnell serviert. Besser geht es kaum. Nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können. ;
Super gemütliche Hütte, hier hat das Einkehren bei Regenwetter besonders viel Freude gemacht Der Kaiserschmarrn (man wird sogar gefragt ob mit oder ohne Rosinen sehr gute Idee und das Tiroler Gröstl waren sehr lecker Wir würden sehr nett und aufmerksam bedient Hat Spaß gemacht Réservez une table maintenant
