Appetizer and sandwich was good. Fish was fair. Waitress was pleasant attentive. Restaurant is very noisy and loud. Was difficult to communicate with waitress and took her a while to be sure she heard our order correctly. Our issue is with our bill. The bill cam with a $1.55 surcharge added. We were not alerted to this prior to the bill being presented. Needing to get to our next stop before that store closed in less than one hour, we decided not to question the surcharge as we would have liked to. Our total bill was $59.37. We were seated in a separate room and then overlooked, leaving us to wonder what we might have done to deserve such treatment. From our table, we could see the adjacent dining area where guests who arrived after us were promptly served water and food. When we finally caught the attention of a waitress, she was apologetic but had no information about the happy hour specials after searching for a brief menu. She could not even tell us which wines were included in the happy hour. After a long wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes, we finally received our glass of wine and beef sandwich. I can understand why there are so many Moretti's in the area. My previous experiences with Chicago-style pizza have been hit or miss, but my lunch here, which included pizza and appetizers, was far more enjoyable. The onion rings are massive and incredibly tasty. The sauce and sausage on the Italian pizza had just the right amount of spice, adding an interesting twist. They didn’t have the beers I was interested in because they were out of the seasonal options, so I opted for the on-tap strawberry margarita. It’s quite large (around 18 oz.) but also sweeter than I usually like. The service was excellent and friendly. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a gathering with friends or family.

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday, and it was bustling with customers both inside and outside. Roseann went above and beyond to assist those who were waiting by cleaning the tables. It was a fantastic last day here in Chicago! Réservez une table maintenant

The waitress was really nice, unfortunately our drink order was wrong, I ordered meatballs with my ravioli they never came, my husband ordered extra horse radish that also never came. We will be back for sure anyway I love it

Moretti's never disappoints. Always good food. The pizza is awesome. Friendly service. Our waitress, Ashley was excellent. A wonderful option if you are in the area for drinks and food.

The calamari was overly greasy and overcooked. The service was satisfactory but a bit slow. The ambiance was pleasant, though we did request to change the game three times.
