This is probably my favorite place in the Boston area! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. I find myself coming here almost every day during my 30-minute lunch break at work. Even with such a short time, I can enjoy high-quality food quickly. I usually order the sweet lamb with yellow rice and corn, along with a few different sauces, and it’s simply perfect! The staff member who works there is extremely friendly and helpful, especially if you're not familiar with the menu; he offers great suggestions. I really appreciate him—he's wonderful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits. A solid 10 out of 10!
My extremely picky, introverted teenager picked this restaurant for lunch on day one of our 2 day stay in Boston. He ordered the Prince and was so blown away by how good the food was, he independently went back to the stall to tell them how delicious the food was. It opened his palate to flavors of harissa and jalapeño, that he previously avoided. Long story short, we had to go back for another Prince before our flight the next day. The only thing that could match the quality and portions would be the impeccable service!
I visited this restaurant after reading its fantastic reviews, hoping to steer clear of the tourist traps in Quincy Market. What I found was a remarkable dining experience with a friendly and accommodating owner. The food he suggested was outstanding, and the portions were generous and affordable. It definitely exceeded my already high expectations.
I change my review to set more than just stars. This place is Bonker's good. The lamb is so delicate and tasty, it is like a slow roast. The sauces are great, and the Wombo combo of everything mixed with the bowls are wonderful. The guy who leads the square can also feel like a regular one on your first trip. Wow! I just had the best experience eating my falafel pita. The owner was so nice and wanted to adapt my order exactly to my liking with spice levels and everything! I scarfed it down in 2 minutes and want to go back for seconds. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Boston. The owner is so kind and the food is amazing. Immediate 5 stars :
Absolutely excellent! I had the lamb served on yellow rice with spicy chickpeas, accompanied by a delicious sauce. I highly recommend it! Mo is a fantastic guy. It was only £12.50 for a generous portion. My wife ordered the chicken princess, which she enjoyed, but she said the lamb was even better.
Fantastic food and such a friendly owner! I went with my Moroccan friend and they struck up a convo in French. We both got beef tagine over couscous and eggplant. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
