I arrived at the restaurant to find that half of the chairs were occupied, making it busier than intended. There were two people ahead of me in line, and it took over 10 minutes for them to be served. Despite there being several staff members present, I was told it would be a 30-minute wait for my food. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that it was normal during lunchtime. With only a 30-minute lunch break, I decided to return late from my break. My father, who has type 2 diabetes, experienced a hypoglycemic attack at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they did not have any appropriate food options available, such as jam on toast or a cup of water with sugar. The staff's attitude was that there are other places nearby where my father could go for food. Additionally, the customer service representative was unhelpful and insensitive, showing a lack of training in dealing with customers with disabilities.
Came here for breakfast a big daddy’s breakfast, breakfast was lovely but there was a lot of items which they just piled on top of each other due to the fact the size of the plates and payed with my vouchers which was a bonus. The sausages wasn’t as great as I left 2 but overall very nice breakfast for £6.00
I like to buy here occasionally for another experience beautiful clean large business with an excellent selection of food. household essential and clothing. I can wonder here for at least two hours and recently a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and garden furniture
