As a regular customer I would expect to see the standard of the cafe to to be same every day, service to be above and beyond for ever single customer that comes to dine with you weather that be breakfast or lunch or a quick snack especially from a company like morrisons there has to be some sort of standard to work along side, on 2 occasions I have been served by Amanda where she has been rude to me and my partner told us that we can only make 2 amendments on our breakfasts in other morrisons I have not faced this before as I come with a fussy eater who dosent eat certan things and we come to morrisons because we have been able to change items so 3 items came off his breakfast and only 2 ite...

During the school term I visit this store every day to go to the cafe with my daughter and wife while we wait an hour to pick up our older daughter from secondary school. Since May the quality of the cafe has consistently fallen to a point where there was only one cake (literally one) on offer, no water and no fruit juice. The lady operating the till was run off her feet serving and clearing and basically doing everything in her own so no complaints on the staff side. My issue is that by 4.30pm there is hardly any choice and this is happening every day. We are now going to drive to the local retail park instead and go to Costa for at least a consistent choice even though it is out of our way...

This restaurant review is absolutely terrible. There was no social distancing at the checkout, only some yellow and black tape separating us from others. The Covid restrictions were not adhered to, and our table was dirty from previous diners, with coffee cup stains and food debris everywhere. I ordered poached eggs on toast but was given bread instead of toast. The breakfast was not up to par, and the lack of black pudding was disappointing. I was even charged extra for a single sausage that looked unappetizing. The service was lacking, and I was not even able to get salt and pepper when requested. Overall, my experience at Morrison's cafe was one that I never want to repeat.

We have been regular customers at Morrison's in Wellington for 30 years, since the restaurant first opened. While the shop has improved after a revamp, the restaurant still has room for improvement. The addition of unlimited tea (and possibly coffee) is confusing. I asked other customers and the waitress how it works, but nobody knew. The waitress suggested you refill the same teapot and reuse the same teabag, which seems odd. The food is usually good, but often unavailable. Prices are reasonable, but the tables and cutlery station could be cleaner. It seems they may be understaffed. We now prefer Morrison's at Lawley. Réservez une table maintenant

in all honestly this post is to show an state to people that today I went a brought fresh chicken already cooked supposedly from morrisons in wellington I am absolutely disgusted with the product in question as it is a disgrace that you or any other store can even possibly sell them in the condition it was in. it was unreal so manky an shriveled up dried it looked like it had been standing an on shelf for weeks let alone days. in all fair Ness I wouldn't even give a k9 not even fit to give ur dog please be careful an aware of the contents a products you buy from this store especially.

Once inside and proceeded to finish my shop and join a queue which stretched halfway around the perimeter of the building resulting in about 25 minutes wait. Got to the top of the queue and instructed to go to a certain till where I was met with a scowl from the attendant who asked me if I had joined the queue, I said yes of course and waited for 25 minutes where she replied that she did not know why I was sent to her. I replied back that I don't know why I was sent to her either. As I left I gave her an appreciative comment on her pleasant service lol.

All I wanted was a mocha, whilst on a break from work. Waited ages to be served, another customer told me they just don’t have the staff, find out you make you own. No apology for long wait from staff member, just a sorry for your wait. Coffee tasted vile, I couldn’t actually drink it. Despite the cafe being quiet the place was filthy, with dirty tables and plates of food that people had left all over the place.

Went at lunchtime for fish and chips.We were not disappointed.The fish was a generous size cooked to perfection and the batter incredible. The best batter I have tasted in ages.Connor who served us was great, very helpful, professional and friendly.The lady on the till greeted us with a smile and I noticed she made sure tables were cleaned. A great mid day treat will return. Réservez une table maintenant

Every table was full with half eaten food, so struggles to find anywhere to sit. Only 2 members of staff working.. one in kitchen and one on tills and restaurant area. Asked for our blue light discount to be told if we weren't in uniform, we couldn't have it, despite showing our card. Really need to review the staffing and policies
